Germany. Ludwigsburg. The "First East-West Seminar Conference on Promotion of Excellent Achievements in Patented Inventions in the World" is being held. At the meeting, a scholar with black hair and yellow skin took over the glittering gold trophy and certificate from the hands of the organizer amidst the overwhelming applause of the attendees. This scholar is Zhao Chengwen, a professor at the China Criminal Police College. In addition to the titles of Director of the China Criminal Science Institute and Director of the Scientific Research Division of the China Criminal Police Academy, Zhao Chengwen also has several nicknames given to him: "Chinese Hunter", "Police Weird", "Scholar Detective", and "Technology Magic Pen". In late April 2002, Zhao Chengwen performed another pioneering work that shocked the country and abroad: he used his "secret weapon" to "resurrection" the wife of the Prime Minister of Changsha in the Western Han Dynasty 2,200 years ago, and took a "jade photo", which became the news of domestic and foreign media and the Internet.

This is an old case that has been covered in dust for 26 years. Opening this thick historical file, the forgotten first hijacking case that occurred after the founding of New China, which once shocked the international community, and the sad fate of those hijackers emerged again... On May 5, 1983, a British-made "Trident" aircraft quietly parked at Shenyang Airport. Wang Yixuan, captain of the flight team and captain of Flight 296, was responsible for the flight from Shenyang to Shanghai that day. There were ninety-six passengers on the plane, three of whom were Japanese and the rest were Chinese. This flight also has another mission, which is to inspect a captain named He Changlin.

The Songhua River originates from Tianchi in Changbai Mountain on the border between China and North Korea, winds westward, and joins the Nen River near Fuyu County in Jilin Province before finally flowing into Heilongjiang, leaving behind a fertile field. The unique chernozem soil here produces more than two million tons of soybeans and corn for the country every year, so it has the reputation of "the world's first granary". This is Yushu City, Jilin Province. Yushu is a land of outstanding people. It is not only rich in food, but according to incomplete statistics, since the 1970s and 1980s alone, a vice premier of the State Council and nearly ten senior cadres at the provincial and ministerial levels have emerged from here. However, just as no matter how fertile the soil is, poisonous weeds will grow. Since the mid-1990s, this fertile black land has been growing.

On August 16, 1998, the Intermediate People's Court of Changchun City, Jilin Province heard the case of a criminal gang with a gangland nature headed by criminal policeman Liang Xudong that once caused a sensation across the country. Seven main members including Liang Xudong were sentenced to death, and 27 others were sentenced to life imprisonment and fixed-term imprisonment. On September 19, the Jilin Provincial High Court rejected the appeal of Liang Xudong and others, and seven people including Liang were executed. This is the first case of a gangland nature that has been tried by a court in our country. It has attracted great attention from the top leaders of the Republic. Han Zhubin, the chief prosecutor of the State Supreme Procuratorate, once visited Changchun City to inspect and guide the preparations for the prosecution before the trial. This case caused strong repercussions in Changchun City and even Jilin Province. However, it also left a regret for the Changchun City Public Security Bureau and the entire political and legal department: Meng Fansheng, a key member of the gang, slipped through the crackdown.
