Some higher-dimensional beings, like indifferent observers, are "examining" this picture through insurmountable dimensional barriers. For some purpose - perhaps experimentation, perhaps screening, perhaps just curiosity - they invested five singular points into this network of laws belonging to the earth. They are fragments of the five original laws: creation, destruction, order, chaos, and soul. The origin of talent is not a gift, but five pebbles dropped into the pond of reality by higher-dimensional beings. The ripples caused transformed the nature of some humans, allowing them to briefly and locally touch and borrow the power of these laws. The "increase in entropy" brought about by using talents is exactly the inevitable rejection and wear and tear caused by low-dimensional beings forcibly carrying the fragments of high-dimensional laws!
