There Is No Internet At My Home

This is not a legend of rampant zombies and the awakening of heroes, but a struggle to survive for one more day in the silent ruins. Qin Zhen, twenty-two years old, a top student. Amid the genetic disaster sweeping the world, he followed his father and fled to the United States, which was regarded as the "Land of Hope." However, the safe paradise my father believed in turned out to be purgatory. The high-rises are hidden deep in underground shelters, while above the ground is a dead world where viruses mutate and civilization collapses. By chance, he intercepted a chilling instruction from an abandoned military communicator: the remaining forces were systematically "clearing out" survivors like him who might carry vaccine antibodies. The bloodline on which he relied for survival had gone from being a possible hope to being hunted. Now, hungry and out of ammunition, he walks the frozen ruins of Kansas City. He must evade two threats: one is the "infected" who are twisted and wandering due to the virus; the other is a well-equipped hunter of the same kind who, in the name of "cleaning up", regards him as an experimental resource and potential threat - codenamed "Reaper". The snow is white, the blood is hot, but the rules of survival are cold to the bone. This is a realistic record about escape, betrayal and rediscovering the definition of "home" in a desperate situation.
