Dou Jiande proclaimed himself emperor in Hebei and established the Xia Dynasty. Wang Shichong called the empire Zheng in Luoyang. Yu Wenhuaji raised troops in Wei County, Hebei Province. Li Mi ascended the throne when Cheng Yaojin abdicated. The Sui Dynasty fell and the world was in chaos.
