Echoes of Kindergarten Time

The Lonely Brave Man Accompanying The Sheep

1.2M01

As a child born in the 1990s, my time in kindergarten is a picture that will never fade in my heart. In the early morning, I was sent to kindergarten by my parents wearing a small T-shirt with Ultraman and Sailor Moon printed on it. The iron gate at the entrance of the garden is a little rusty, but it cannot stop our enthusiasm. Entering the classroom, the wooden tables and chairs exude a light aroma. During class, we love to play with handkerchiefs. Everyone gathered in a circle, singing "Throw, throw, throw the handkerchief, and gently put it behind the child" while secretly glancing back. Anyone who is "hit" by a handkerchief has to stand up and perform with a red face. It is common to sing "Two Tigers" out of tune, but it always makes everyone laugh. Lunch time is a "food adventure". The food in the enamel bowl is steaming. Even if there are carrots that I don't like to eat, I will hold my nose and swallow it with the teacher's encouragement. During nap time, the cribs were next to each other, and I would secretly whisper to the kids next to me. When the teacher found out, I quickly closed my eyes and pretended to be asleep. After school, the canteen at the entrance of the park is our "treasure place". A candy stick costing 10 cents a piece and a bag of sour plum powder costing 50 cents can make our taste buds jump for joy. These kindergarten memories are like colorful candies, which sweetened my childhood and made me miss those carefree old days from time to time as I grew up.
