In 2242 AD, human civilization entered the "Interstellar Pioneer Era" and established seven colonial star stations outside the solar system. However, it accidentally triggered the invasion alarm of the interstellar civilization "Kalash Empire" - this alien race that lives by plundering resources and destroying lower civilizations. It regards humans as an "energy source to be harvested" and launches a full-scale interstellar war. The Human Alliance integrated the technology and military power of the earth and colonial star stations to form the "Stardust Defense Line", looking for hope of counterattack in despair.
