Looking Out at the Returning Geese in the South
Short Fiction望断南归雁
Tao
The frosty wind in the North Sea penetrates deep into the bones, and I am lonely and loyal in biting the snow to guard the cold forest. The crackling flames drive away the eyes of jackals, and the sound of bows frightens the wolves in the dark night. The bald man clings to the mountains and rivers, and the cold moon hangs over the heart of the Han Dynasty. All the festivals and charms are gone, and the clear light still shines on the lap of my hometown.
