This book records the author's experiences and thoughts during his study tour in Boston. By talking about his own experience of studying at Harvard University and Northeastern University, as well as the process of his children studying at Boston Junior School, he aims to make an in-depth observation of American education, history and culture, and present many aspects of American society from the eyes of a Chinese cultural person. Boston can be called the "Athens of America." This city has Harvard University, which is older than the United States, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, which is as famous as Harvard. The "Tea Party" took place here, and the first shot of the American Revolutionary War was fired. Dickens once introduced Boston in "An American Chronicle": "The air is fresh and the houses are bright... The city is very beautiful, and I think this city will make an impression on anyone who comes from outside."
