This book is a collection of poems. The poem incorporates the author's "prodigal feelings" in his early years; it gathers his "true love from the end of the world" when he was at a low point; he confides his bitter "unspeakable goodbye"; it also expresses some of his "perceptions of life". He used the genre of poetry to construct an exquisite "thatched cottage" of human nature's pursuit and yearning for beauty; he expressed a passionate man's persistence and loyalty to true love; he also described the hardships and ups and downs of his life. It is his spirit of keeping watch in loneliness, finding light in despair, being independent in confusion, and moving forward firmly, which constitutes the soul of the entire collection of poems.
