The Strange Girl of Shu Han
History蜀汉奇女
Sui Chenglu
The protagonist of this book, Huang Achou, is a strange woman from Shu Kingdom during the Three Kingdoms period. She is knowledgeable, knowledgeable in both civil and military affairs, knows the art of war, is good at thaumaturgy, and is especially good at strategy. He was extremely intelligent and alert when he was young. When he grew up, he did not wear any makeup, so he liked to pretend to be a man and often helped people solve their problems. After marrying Zhuge Liang, he recognized his master with his keen eyes, persuaded her husband to leave Longzhong, and helped her husband teach her children, thus achieving Zhuge Liang's great cause of "making three parts of the country and becoming famous as the Eight Formations". After Zhuge Liang's death, she worried about the monarch at the top and the people at the bottom. She often came up with ingenious plans and silently dedicated herself. After the fall of Shu, she planned to restore the country but failed. This book was written from the fourth year of Emperor Xiping of the Eastern Han Dynasty (175) when Huang Chengyan entered Taixue, to the fourth year of Emperor Wu of the Western Jin Dynasty (268) when Huang Achou died without any illness, a span of 93 years. Most of the characters in the book appear in "The Romance of the Three Kingdoms", and most of the plots are original by the author. The author uses the traditional Chinese chapter novel form and simple and unpretentious language to successfully create a new image of Huang A Chou, a strange woman of a generation.
