This book is a long documentary narrative prose. It uses poetic language to calmly and truly record how the author took on the responsibility of an only child and helped his father with terminal cancer create the miracle of life. It also uses the eyes of a psychiatrist to sharply reflect on the deep roots of the confrontation to reconciliation between two generations. At the same time, it also frankly confides in his rebellion of two suicides and two resignations, his experience of suffering from cyclothymia, and his stubborn and paranoid pursuit of literary dreams.
