This work follows the previous film "Interstellar Galaxy Universe 1". Due to the destruction of mankind, the destruction of the world, and the war in the universe, humans on the earth have to go to the future and the past to ask future humans to support the current earth. The son of the universe, Silver Star Blue, came to Earth. She viewed the help as a journey. How do they go to the past and future to ask people at that time to support the present?
