On a planet shrouded in the eternal "Long Night", a huge "lighthouse" burns precious gold ore, becoming a symbol of oppression and power. The exploited "dengluo people" and the abandoned "non-covered people" struggle to survive in the darkness. Hope once shone in a peaceful way: the opposition organization "Sunlight Society", led by its leader Ignatso, once successfully brought down the tyrannical lighthouse manager. However, hope was fleeting. The new managers intensified their efforts, Ignatso was arrested and imprisoned, and the Nikko Society was on the verge of collapse.
