In order to deeply implement the spirit of the central and provincial urban work conference and comprehensively reflect the construction of new urbanization in Shaanxi Province, the Shaanxi Provincial New Urbanization and Human Settlements Environment Research Institute evaluated the implementation of the "Shaanxi Provincial New Urbanization Plan (2014-2020)" and formed the "Shaanxi Provincial New Urbanization Development Report (2016)" on this basis. The "Report" aligns with the relevant requirements of the new urbanization planning of the country and the province, builds a comprehensive indicator system for the development of new urbanization in Shaanxi Province, evaluates the new urbanization construction of the province and 10 cities and one district, strives to summarize patterns, identify problems, and provide forward-looking and targeted suggestions for government decision-making, laying a solid foundation for our province to accelerate the development of new urbanization and build a prosperous, harmonious and beautiful Shaanxi.
