This book is an autobiographical novel or a documentary novel. The so-called autobiography and documentary do not mean that all the content of the story is true. The author has also injected a lot of fictional content in order to make the content more vivid and complete. The whole book is divided into two volumes. In Volume 1, the author uses the third-person perspective to tell the protagonist Wen Zhiqing's youth struggle and growth experience during middle school, self-study exams for work, and after obtaining the certificate; at the same time, it also tells the love story between Wen Zhiqing, Ji Yuchun, and Cuo Aiqin. The love story is very pure and beautiful, and ends in comedy. The self-taught growth experience is the first main line of this book, and the pure love story is the second main line of this book. In the second volume, the author concisely retells his completely real growth experience from childhood to entering the system from a first-person perspective; at the same time, he explains the origin and process of writing this book. It also includes the original texts of four letters written to me by my good friend Ji Yuchun (pseudonym) when I was in middle school. The biggest feature of this book is that it is "true". It tells an inspirational love story about one's youth and growth, and is worth reading for young readers. In terms of writing techniques, line drawings and lyricism are mostly used; in terms of art, there are many original lyrics or poems used to express emotions, and the author has certain literary skills. In terms of structural layout (Volume 1), there is a first volume at the beginning, a coda at the end, and many interludes in the middle. The layout and structure of this TV series is also a rare innovation.
