Weird, the general term for all strange existences in the world. There are many kinds of weirdness, but in the final analysis there are only two kinds. People are divided into good and evil, and so are weirdos. Shun Hanyu, a boy who was reborn in Kyoto and lost his memory, became a being between weird and human. Time has stopped for him and he will not grow old no matter how many years pass by. In order to retrieve his lost memory and turn the stopped gears of time again, Shun Hanyu became the president of the student council, and together with several student council members, embarked on the road to find memory fragments. Oh, by the way. The other members of the student council are all weird.
