Interpretation of Zhouyi Philosophy

Return Of The Book Of Changes

408K0

The Book of Changes is not the same as the Book of Changes. "The Book of Changes" is a book produced in the late Western Zhou Dynasty that borrowed the "sixty-four symbols" (used by later generations and the "sixty-four hexagrams") created by the predecessors (already used in the Shang Dynasty) as the preface and compiled sixty-four short essays. It is a book of principles for "gentlemen" (the princes and nobles of the lineage of the Emperor of Zhou) to talk about "cultivation, family order, and country governance". According to modern philosophical classification, it should be a political philosophy book. "The Book of Changes" is the earliest political philosophy in our country and even in the world.
