The creation of "Relief from Worry and Confusion" was inspired by the author as the founder of a foundation. During the work of the foundation, he initially investigated regional high-incidence diseases in impoverished mountainous areas, and then visited the homes of patients who were impoverished due to illness. Based on the investigation, he finally decided to help patients with health needs search for effective rehabilitation methods. He traveled to several provinces and cities across the country; he verified the found rehabilitation methods, and after verification, he obtained real and effective rehabilitation methods for evidence-based research, published the results of the evidence-based research, and provided them to patients free of charge to restore health. I have seen many patients, some who have become poor due to illness, some who have become disabled due to illness, some who have been fighting the disease for more than ten years and fell in bed and still have hope, some who have been fighting the disease for 54 years and finally recovered, and some who have been fighting cancer for 24 years and are still active in helping other patients ignite hope in life; there are too many patients who have been helpless, unwilling, struggling and desperate, and their lives have become more difficult because of the disease. Seeing the various forms of life in the world, the author wants to use his own ability to help more people solve the causes of illness before they get sick, so that more people will not be troubled by illness. In April 2019, with the help of his wife, he founded Jieyouwuzhuo. At first, the author set up a stall on a bridge near his home to answer questions and solve the worries of strangers. This work records the troubles of all ages, and through self-recorded communication between the author and passers-by, he helps passers-by relieve their worries and help them solve their troubles.
