The reason why I wrote these stories is to warn female compatriots that long-term accumulation of emotions will not only hurt people's hearts, but also harm their physical health. (Of course, emotions are not only harmful to women's health, but also to men's health. But I am a gynecologist, so forgive my narrow-mindedness.) The five excessive ambitions and the seven internal injuries generally refer to "happy and sad", "anger hurts the liver", "thinking hurts the spleen", "sadness hurts the lungs" and "fear hurts the kidneys". It points out the harm of the spirit to health, the role of psychology on physiology and pathology, and even life-threatening. The most closely related to gynecological diseases is the liver, spleen and kidney.
