"Changing Minds" is a philosophical essay. The author deeply feels that in real work and life, many of us lack spiritual independence and freedom of thinking, as well as logical, image, critical, and creative thinking and abilities. Therefore, from the perspective of scientific and humanistic values that are common to all mankind, from the perspectives of heaven and earth, civilization, science, classics and history, cognition, wisdom, geography, cultivation, and atmosphere, we highlight the huge power of thinking and propose a path for the reconstruction and development of thinking to protect everyone's happiness and revitalize Chinese civilization. We need to use modern science and technology as the background, to look at the Chinese orthodoxy based on critical thinking and innovative thinking, break the inertia of classical thinking, and use quantum thinking to activate the outstanding civilization genes that have been silenced or semi-silent by history, such as ideas and methods from Taoism and Mohism, including the deviated Confucianism and the domesticated Legalism. With free thinking and independent spirit, we should shoulder and complete the three missions of education, civilization, and development, and promote the development of human society and science and technology humanities. The mission of educating people is to create an education and growth model that conforms to the concept of "free and comprehensive development"; the mission of civilization is to create a new knowledge system that originates from China and is welcomed by the world; the mission of development is to find new sources of power and tools that drive human and social development, such as ecological energy, data energy, intelligence, etc. Robots cannot dream. The imagination beyond the rules and boundaries set by humans is a weakness that machines can never match humans. Robots rarely make mistakes, and trial and error, error avoidance, and error use are important means of human progress. Humanity will not be destroyed. If there is a possibility of destruction, what will be destroyed are the new "prehistoric humans" who despise nature and are arrogant, rather than the future humans who adhere to the Tao and follow nature and treat history and nature with humility. After the rise of artificial intelligence, synthetic biology, etc., Humans will achieve the phoenix nirvana of free and comprehensive development, and realize the true independence and freedom of each person on the material, spiritual and soul levels.
