In the long cold night, the dawn is nowhere to be seen, and only death sings wantonly in the darkness. People are crouching and hiding, waiting in misery for the light that cuts through the dark night. Before dawn, some people are willing to burn themselves and become the fire before dawn, giving a small area a little warmth. But most of the people who are qualified to become firewood have disappeared in the long cold night. Among the remaining dregs, are there any who are willing to burn up and become embers?
