"Book with Dongting" is a collection of scenery about the plants and animals in the Dongting Lake Wetland. The author Pan Gangqiang is a member of the Chinese Writers Association and the vice chairman of the Yueyang Writers Association of Hunan Province. Member of the Standing Committee of the 5th, 6th and 7th CPPCC Hunan Province Yueyang Municipal Committee and Director of the Economic and Technological Committee. Cooperating with the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) and the East Dongting Lake National Nature Reserve Administration, it undertakes topics such as Dongting Lake Wetland, eco-tourism and finless porpoise protection. He was born and raised here, and the various intersections with plants and animals make beauty and moving coexist; at the same time, this place also has a cultural heritage passed down from Qu Yuan and Du Fu to the present day.
