It was already eleven o'clock in the morning when we arrived at the construction site. In addition to the technical personnel sent by the county and township, there were people from Baledan and other villages on the construction site supervising the work. Many young men and women from this village and other villages were working nervously at the end of the ditch. It was said that the entire project was about to be completed. There is a gate at the connection between the dam and the channel. Opening the gate allows the clear mountain stream to flow to the river beach. Closing the gate allows water to be introduced into the newly built channel to irrigate all the cultivated land in Namugal Village. In my heart, I silently wish that Namugale Village, which has been in a backward state for a long time, will get on the road to prosperity as soon as possible!
