Around 2013, I was invited to give lectures in Leiyang, Hunan Province. I saw this charming ancient city and got to know Mr. Ouyang Zhengping, a senior media person in this city. And through Mr. Ouyang Zhengping, I learned more about Leiyang's humanistic history and the ancient charm of Leiyang as a thousand-year-old county. This is not only because Leiyang has a long history and gave birth to Cai Lun, the inventor of papermaking, but also because of Leiyang's unique geographical location, with its north-south transportation arteries and railways and highways extending in all directions, which is almost comparable to Chenzhou. In addition, Leiyang people are hospitable and have a rich cultural atmosphere.
