Mid-Autumn Festival last night. At dusk, a large mica screen hangs from the western sky, covering up the light tide of the setting sun, integrating the sea and sky into dark blue. It is as quiet as a nun in black praying silently in front of the Holy See. After a moment, we could hear voices sobbing from the cloth at the stern of the boat. Low-pressure clouds mixed with hazy rain made the sea line as narrow as a lake. The black shadows along the edge could not be identified as mountains or clouds, but traces of tears were all over the air and water.
