Recently I saw an advertisement in the "Shanghai Times", saying that the "Spiritual Studies Series" was published; this magazine was the organ of a shady altar in Shanghai called "Shengdetan". The topics listed are all about fairies and devils. The most unique thing is that Mr. Wu Zhihui went to ask about the study of phonology, and three people, Lu Deming, Jiang Yong, and Li Deng, came to the forum to talk about its phonology. I saw this advertisement and thought it was really weird, so I spent three dollars to buy a copy of it to see what the weird thing was.
