"Data on the Organizational History of Wugong County, Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province, China (Volume 4)" is a data book compiled by the Organization Department of the Wugong County Committee of the Communist Party of China under the guidance of the Organization Department of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Organization Department of the Xianyang Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, and under the leadership of the Wugong County Committee of the Communist Party of China. This book is compiled in a style of "organizing by organization, combining text descriptions with directories and charts, dividing each organization into sections, organizing levels, and term, establishing entries based on organizational structure, and integrating vertically and horizontally." Among them: the party organizations are the main data, and the five organizations of the political power, the military, the CPPCC, the mass organizations, and some enterprises and institutions are the appendices. They are appendix one, appendix two, appendix three, appendix four, and appendix five respectively, and the important events of the organizational work are used as supplementary materials.
