当端砚爱上潮绣
One Leaf Knows Autumn Writer
The most beautiful encounters in the world happen where the latitude and longitude intersect. I always have this picture in my mind: In the library of Linghai University, the autumn sun shines slantingly, and the smell of old paper and new ink floats in the air. At the junction of light and shadow, the steady shadow of an inkstone and a roll of dynamic silk thread of tide embroidery fell quietly on the same table. On one side is the Xinghu stone that has been deposited for hundreds of millions of years and revived in the hands of craftsmen. It is calm and warm; on the other side is the splendid silk quenched and dyed, blooming on the fingertips, gorgeous and full of narrative. This is not only the juxtaposition of two artifacts, but also the first greeting of two philosophies of time and two logics of creation. Then, two young people who can understand this silent conversation are waiting to come forward and start a story of their own - a spiritual encounter that begins with utensils and ends with mountains and seas. This picture is my deepest metaphor for the land beneath my feet. Xijiang has accumulated the fragrance of calligraphy and calligraphy for thousands of years, and its spirit is to be upright, as thick and far-reaching as an inkstone; Nanhai embraces the wind from all directions, nurturing the wandering ethnic groups, and its temperament is amazing, as exquisite as tide embroidery to convey the spirit. The Pearl River Delta is the product of the encounter, penetration, and mutual shaping of these two spirits. The fusion here rarely involves the glint of swords, but mostly like spring rain moistening things, or ink dyeing rice paper. Tradition has never left, it has just taken on a different kind of breath, living in the fireworks of the market and in every sincere conversation. So, Shen Mochuan and Ye Zhijin came from this imagination.
