In response to the lack of progress in scientific research, three scientists and technicians proposed a brand new plan at a conference for global energy, peace, and sustainable and stable development. This plan is to divide the entire global labor force into nine categories of people in future development. Just over a hundred years later, human technological levels and lifestyles have undergone tremendous changes. But this change has brought about one disaster after another.
