When he killed monsters, she would cuddle up behind him; if he couldn't defeat him, she would sacrifice her blood to him to enhance his monster power. Day after day, Sesshomaru developed some special feelings towards Shi Nian Nian. Because of Ling, he was unable to respond to his feelings for Shi Niannian. ... Shi Niannian died. ... Sesshomaru knelt on the ground with tears streaming down his face. "It turns out that Ling is you, Shi Niannian is also you, and the person I love has always been you."
