At the Daleiyin Temple, the Tathagata Buddha asked: "Honorable Guanyin, how many tribulations have the pilgrims gone through now? Why haven't they reached the Western Heaven yet?" Guanyin Bodhisattva: "World Honored One, all the eight hundred catastrophes we created were destroyed by a master named Douzhan Shengzun. The scripture seekers have only experienced eleven tribulations now and cannot come to the Western Heaven!"
