"The Legend of Longyan: Two Rivers and Two Folk Lines" is one of the large-scale book series "The Legend of Hundred Cities on the Silk Road". Longyan is essentially an immigrant city, where the descendants of immigrants from the Central Plains live and multiply, where the ancestors of overseas immigrants set off on long voyages, where the two ethnic lines of the Han ethnic group collide and blend, and where diverse cultures mix and mingle. The book starts from the pre-medieval civilization of western Fujian, details the origins and changes of folk customs, and the deeds of famous figures in the history of the Maritime Silk Road, and ends with half of the Central Soviet Area, which has become a key area for the Chinese nation to explore ways to revitalize the country in the past century... In elegant language, the author presents the creation and development of two rivers, two ethnic groups and two states (Tingjiang, Hakka, Tingzhoufu, Jiulongjiang, Heluolang, Longyanzhou) in the long history, and composes a symphonic poem of mountains and sea for his hometown of Longyan.
