I am a psychiatrist in a mental hospital. I have been working as a psychiatrist in a mental hospital for thirty years. As I was about to retire, I decided to combine the notes of my work with the diaries of my patients. Finally, I wrote this diary. It records the stories of patients with mania, depression, paranoia, and depression.
