In the year 2170 of the world calendar, the Blank Disaster occurred. Rule one: Individuals can only observe individuals they have a favorable opinion of. Rule two: Interference can only occur between two individuals that can observe each other. Rule three: The objects controlled by the individual's consciousness are regarded as extensions of the individual. Rule four: Existence disappears when it cannot be observed by any individual.
