On a rainy night twenty years ago, the famous painter Ji Mobai died in his closed studio. The scene was as holy and strange as the fall of a white dove. The murderer remains a mystery and the case is sealed. Twenty years later, his adopted daughter Ji Yubai received an anonymous letter with only one sentence: "Your father did not commit suicide - there was a third person in the studio that night." She teamed up with her old friend and criminal psychology consultant Shen Du to re-investigate, only to find that all those involved in the case died unexpectedly, and the way of death was related to the image of "crow". Hidden among the relics of each deceased person is a black feather. A chain of revenge that had been hidden for twenty years gradually surfaced - and the final target was actually Ji Yubai himself.
