The famous historian Mr. Liu Jiahe is an honorary professor at Beijing Normal University. He has conducted in-depth research in many fields and has written extensively. This book contains nine selected articles, divided into three series: the first series is the result of comparative research on Chinese and foreign ancient history with the main task of exploring the characteristics of ancient Chinese civilization; the second series is a comparative study of world history from the perspective of historiography and historiographic theory; and the third series is a theoretical reflection on the research on ancient Chinese civilization and world history from a methodological perspective.
