This book focuses on introducing the concept of "poetry of communication" and explains several paradigms of poetry image communication (mainly movies). "Image" is the keyword of image theory and the core and soul of visual culture. It has the advantage of equal dialogue with traditional literary texts and other art forms. The image communication medium does not only have a carrying function, it can become a part that brings new expression elements and new expressiveness to poetry. Poetry in a certain sense leaves the original text expression carrier, introduces the communication carrier into self-expression, creates a three-dimensional text of poetry, and transforms it into a "three-dimensional poetry" or "cross-media poetry." The most significant poetic feature of "poetry of communication" is the fit between the expression carrier of poetry and the communication carrier. In the cultural context of media integration, poetry needs to seek new life after integration in the mutual selection of audio-visual intersections that gather with the media.
