Chinese poetry in 2012 is quieter and more solid than before. Quietness refers to the poet's mind. Between poets, whether online or at various gatherings about poetry, the mutual accusations, slanders, and even abuses of the past few years have almost disappeared, and what remains is the sound of real poetry debates. From east to west, from north to south, poets from all walks of life, with all kinds of techniques and approaches, have come to understand one truth: "Let your works speak for themselves." The previous naivety of "I am the best in the world" has gone with the wind. Solidity refers to the creative gesture and the thinking presented in the work. Although it is difficult for us to choose one among the many poems to become a poet. But to be fair, even in the era of misty poetry and even the "classics" left by the "third generation", compared with the creations of today's poets, the technical and ideological advantages of today's poetry are obvious.
