This book takes the literati group in the rural society of Jiangnan in the Ming and Qing Dynasties as the research object, and explores the main structure type of the literati group and the basic characteristics of cultural interpersonal relationships from the perspective of social interpersonal relationships and literary friendships. Based on this, the general characteristics and main demands of the literary communication activities of the literati groups in Jiangnan towns in the Ming and Qing dynasties were discussed from the perspectives of literati associations, artists, resident literati, and female literati. This book also explores the interactive relationship between social literati groups in Jiangnan townships and the construction of local cultural aesthetics in the Ming and Qing Dynasties based on the characteristics of literati group activities.
