Seeing the bleak world, listen to a sigh! It is not difficult to enter Foxconn. Tens of thousands of people enter every day. I used to worry that I didn't look like a worker. Later, I discovered that those workers born in the 1990s all looked more fashionable and less like workers than I did. From them, I found that the workers had changed, or in other words, my understanding of them had changed. They are not one in a million, not a footnote in GDP. They have rich and sensitive hearts, are not adaptable to the cruel environment, and yearn for a better life. Foxconn has many similarities with China. It looks huge and ranks high in economic rankings, but in fact, it doesn't have much for everyone. The management style is closed, conservative, and rough. The reason is that we have too many people and the quality of our personnel is low. Foxconn is obviously not a good choice for workers, but why do tens of thousands of young people walk through its doors every day carrying luggage? I stood inside the walls of Foxconn and realized that outside was just a bigger Foxconn. I spent some time at Foxconn and wrote this report.
