Guangxi is located at the southern gate of the motherland. It has a very unique topography. It is commonly known as eight mountains, one water, one field, and one sea. It has a total land area of more than 230,000 square kilometers and a total population of more than 53.5 Million. It is an autonomous region inhabited by many ethnic groups. It is home to 12 permanent residents of the Zhuang, Han, Yao, Miao, Dong, Mulao, Maonan, Hui, Jing, Yi, Shui and Gelao ethnic groups. In addition, there are 25 other ethnic groups such as Manchu, Mongolian, Korean, Bai, Tibetan and Li. It is one of the provinces with more ethnic groups in the country and the province with the largest ethnic minority population in the country. This article is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter is an introduction, mainly talking about the object, content, background and practical significance of the research, as well as the basic ideas, methods and characteristics of related research. Chapter 2 provides an overview of Guangxi's ethnic cultural resources, mainly discussing the nature, form, scope and relationship between Guangxi's ethnic cultural resources and other resources. Chapter 3: Optimal allocation of national cultural resources in Guangxi, mainly talks about the meaning, content and methods of allocation of national cultural resources. Chapter 4, the relationship between national cultural resources and cultural industry, mainly talks about what cultural industry is, the relationship between national cultural resources and cultural industry, and the importance of national cultural resources for the development of cultural industry. Chapter 5, the protection, development and utilization of ethnic cultural resources, mainly talks about how to protect ethnic cultural resources, the importance of protection, how to develop, the ways and methods of development, and the basic principles of development, etc. Chapter 6, the development and utilization of Guangxi's national cultural resources, mainly discusses the basic principles and methods of developing local cultural resources in Guangxi. Chapter 7: Local government policy support for the protection, development and utilization of ethnic cultural resources. It mainly talks about how the government should formulate and improve the corresponding management mechanisms and legal systems, guide and encourage ethnic cultural resources to be put into market operations, develop cultural industries, promote economic development, and protect the achievements of ethnic cultural resources and the enthusiasm of operators.
