This book is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter points out the basic concepts and current research status of English for Special Purposes; the second chapter is the needs analysis research, introduces the definition and classification of needs analysis, and analyzes its significance for the teaching of English for Special Purposes; the third chapter expounds the research on curriculum design from the aspects of language teaching theory; the fourth chapter is the teaching material research, focusing on the preparation and construction of English for Special Purposes teaching materials by introducing the role of teaching materials in teaching; Chapter 5 is for teachers. It discusses the role of English for Special Purposes teachers and how to become a competent English for Special Purposes teacher; Chapter 6 is evaluation research, by revealing the current problems in the assessment of English for Special Purposes, and analyzing the evaluation and evaluation of courses and teaching materials in detail, discovering problems and solving problems; Chapter 7 introduces the practice of English for Special Purposes classroom teaching, introducing the current situation of classroom teaching from a theoretical perspective, and putting forward suggestions for teaching design and reform.
