This book contains a total of ten chapters, which makes a detailed comparison of English and Chinese culture and discusses the translation issues of English and Chinese culture. The first chapter outlines the basic issues of language, culture and translation, and explains the relationship between language and culture, the relationship between translation and culture, and the cultural tendency of translation. Chapters 2 to 4 focus on the analysis of the comparison and translation of English and Chinese language cultures, including word culture, syntactic culture, and discourse culture. Chapters 5 to 10 study the comparison and translation of English-Chinese pragmatic culture, rhetorical culture, idiom culture, allusion culture, digital culture, and customary culture.
