People always complain that the suffering in life is greater than happiness, but in fact happiness and pain are never a single-choice question, they coexist in life. Excessive awareness of pain is torture, and so is pleasure. Too much happiness will make people overly optimistic and confident, and lose their mentality to face pain. And too much pain will also make a person feel sorry for himself and always go to extremes. The only way out is to find balance.
