Firstly, the concepts of technological culture and technological cultural outlook are defined. On this basis, the specific evolution process of Japan's modern technological cultural outlook is summarized: it is mainly divided into the stage of harmonizing the soul of Han talents, the stage of harmonizing the soul of foreign talents and the stage of leaving Asia and entering Europe. The evolution process of Japan's view of modern technological culture is the process of modern Japan gradually understanding the positivism and rationalism of modern technological culture, and also the process of gradually understanding utilitarianism and skepticism in technological ethics. Finally, we compare the similarities and differences between China and Japan in accepting modern technological culture.
