This book is mainly about what the author saw and heard when he participated in charity activities such as poverty alleviation and education support, as well as some of his own insights through education support. By describing the growth stories of three generations of family members and some of their empathic thoughts about what they saw, heard and felt during the period of material scarcity in the past, it reflects the changes in life in the new era and the importance of poverty alleviation. At the same time, through contact with children in poor mountain villages, they feel the importance of education and show the pursuit of life dreams by people in different situations.

From the perspective of a cat, it reflects people's attitudes towards freedom, loneliness and companionship in society.
