"The Academic History of American Literature Studies" is the fourth volume out of the total 12 volumes of "The Academic History of Chinese Foreign Literature Studies". This book systematically examines and analyzes the context and important results of American literary studies in China over the past century, and sorts out and explains the origins of the subject's history and related academic and teaching institutions. This book draws on the data statistics and analysis methods of quantitative history to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of the development status of the discipline, achieving a research effect that combines empirical research and diachronic elaboration.
