This book is one of the oral series of research on the history of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. It contains the oral memories of 36 old alumni. Among them are famous academicians and experts in the medical field, as well as doctors who volunteer to support border construction; there are leaders who are committed to the development of the school, and teachers who are devoted to teaching and scientific research. By reviewing the academic careers and social contributions of these alumni, this book highlights the 70-year development history of the School of Medicine and the glorious tradition of "serving the motherland and serving the people", so as to inspire future students, set a model for the future, and jointly create new glory for Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine.
