This article first reviews the origin and development of Frisbee, and then briefly introduces the various ways of playing Frisbee. In addition, this book focuses on a detailed introduction to Ultimate Frisbee and Frisbee Golf in Frisbee sports, including various throwing and catching methods of Frisbee, various offensive and defensive tactics of Ultimate Frisbee, and competition skills of Frisbee Golf, etc. Chapters seven and eight of the book are an introduction to the physical and psychological quality training of Frisbee players. Therefore, this book can be used as a reference book for teachers in class and for understanding the training of Frisbee teams.
