This book mainly focuses on literary texts of various genres since the Ming and Qing Dynasties. It aims to study the scenes of Guangfu depicted in literary texts from various aspects, including the commercial customs, food culture, etiquette and customs, annual festivals, folk beliefs, entertainment customs, garden architecture, etc. In the Guangfu area, and reveal the cultural spirit contained in them. There have been many works on the study of Cantonese customs in the past, but they lacked the perspective of caring about Cantonese customs from a literary perspective.
